So impressed by the quality of the fabric, the packaging, the customer service and the delivery. This is the second time I have bought this product and both times the experience has been faultless. The absolute delight on the faces of the 2 recipients was worth every cent.
I am so happy that I purchased this gorgeous Cashmere blanket for my little Granddaughter. The colour was better than I had hoped as I do not like the usual gentle pink, this is vibrant yet delicate at the same time. I held her in my arms and she was hiccuping, as my son wrapped the blanket around her she stopped hiccuping and fell asleep immediately. So I know she loves it too. Thank you x

The side of the blanket fell apart after only three months of use. Don't believe the promise of it becoming an "heirloom"! The baby didn't even technically "wear" the blanket, it was just draped over it. When it happened in one place I was disappointed but when it happened all the way down the edge it was clear that it was a manufacturing fault. I contacted the business to ask for a replacement. They demanded that I post it to them for them to decide if it really was a manufacturing fault. IF it was a fault then they might have refunded me 50% of the cost as a gift voucher to buy more of their poor quality items. I supplied them with pictures and pictures of my other better quality cashmere items that I bought at the same time that were actually worn. They were very argumentative and would not even consider that it might be because of their thin and poor quality textile. I like to support small businesses, but I feel that I must write this so that others do not have the same experience as I did.
Hi Eleanor, we wish to address this again by saying we could not ascertain what the fault is until the item is sent back to us. Cashmere is fragile by nature but they do not just break down. We could not just send a replacement as it has been used for 3 months or issue a cash refund as you're not the purchaser. In fact we provided you with these options: full replacement (when manufacturing fault is found), 50% refund to original order/payment method, 50% in a gift voucher directly to you.
