Our standard order processing time is 1-3 business days.

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, VIC.

Please understand that we are not a specialised gifting business (like a florist, hamper or food) and do not provide a guaranteed same/next day delivery.

 

AUSTRALIA

We offer Standard & Express Post via Australia Post. 

Standard Post: $6 (Free for orders over $100)

Delivery time frame: 3-7 business days

 

Express Post: $12

Delivery time frame: 2-3 business days (depending on your postcode)

 

Both options are trackable so you know when your cashmere is arriving at your door.

  

INTERNATIONAL

We ship internationally (with exception to some countries) so you can enjoy our fine cashmere anywhere in the world. International orders are sent via Australia Post Airmail Service from a low rate of $20 to anywhere in the world.

As a general guide, international deliveries take 7-28 working days. However please allow more time for transit and handling if you live outside of the major metropolitan areas. 

Please be aware that international deliveries may subject to customs clearance/local regulations and import duties that we have no knowledge nor control of. Significant delays may happen without a reason and we do not have a way to influence the speed or outcome. Please order only if this is an acceptable condition to you. 

 

 

RETURNS

 

If you change your mind or are not entirely happy with our cashmere, we are happy to offer a full refund/exchange provided it's notified to us within 7 days of receipt by you, and item received back to us within 21 days.

All returned items must be in its original condition with no signs of wear or damage. 

Please note that return postage is payable by you and the original shipping cost is not refundable.
